Lee McMullen MSc MRICS MFPWS LETAPAEWE
Director / Chartered Building Surveyor
Our founder and Director Lee McMullen is an experienced Chartered Surveyor with a friendly and personal approach to work. He started dealing with subsidence damaged properties and gained a passion for investigating and fixing building defects. That passion now extends to a much wider range of services including home surveys, party wall, construction and repair projects, and expert witness work.
Gladys Rico MSc
Building Surveyor
Gladys brings a wealth of experience from design and project management on prestigious hotel projects plus CAD design. She has experience and passion for heritage buildings, preparing heritage impact assessments and listed building condition surveys. She recently won an award and gained a Distinction in her MSc in Building Surveying as well as an award for outstanding performance.
Handy to know that Gladys is a native Spanish speaker.
Victoria Bagashaw MSc
Building Surveyor
Victoria started her journey when she became interested in property development. She wanted to develop an understanding of construction techniques including new sustainable alternatives to traditional methods and the positive impact that these may have.
Victoria works on Subsidence surveys and pre-purchase surveys.
In her spare time, she loves trail running and going to the gym.
Emma Dunlop-Walters
Business Support Administrator
Emma looks after the admin side of the business – this includes handling new enquiries, marketing, and writing blogs.
Emma enjoys long walks in the Nottinghamshire countryside.
