Very prompt and professional service. Lee, the surveyor, called me prior to the survey to make sure I was going for the right survey type to suit my needs, as well as calling me on the day to talk me through his findings before sending me the written report. We can’t recommend AIM Surveying highly enough!

Lee and Victoria spent several hours at the property which culminated in a highly detailed and comprehensive report.

Lee is very knowledgable and he gives feedback in a way that anyone - no matter their knowledge or experience - can understand. He also detailed estimated costs of repairs which has been especially useful in helping us decide how to progress works going forward.

We wouldn’t hesitate to call AIM again should we need a surveyor!

AIM Surveying were incredibly professional and efficient, from initial contact, advice on survey, booking, the survey itself and producing the report (which was delivered in a few days).

A helpful piece of advice they gave me was to compare what surveyors actually provide... in most cases surveyors encountering various issues (e.g. damp) simply recommend commissioning a damp expert, whereas with AIM Surveying, this was covered in the initial survey (if found). I only mention it as it helped me when trying to compare prices and services with other surveyors.

AIM's depth of knowledge was impressive and their willingness to explain the likely (and unlikely) causes of my concerns was incredibly reassuring and also their suggestions for possible remedial action. They were very willing to explore in greater depth my main concerns in order to ascertain the exact situation.

I would unreservedly recommend AIM Surveying and ill definitely use them in future should ne need arise.

Extremely professional and excellent service. Mr. Lee McMullen is a genuine specialist in ground subsidence, he was very helpful and explained everything in detail, also delivered excellent service in a timely manner. Would definitely use AIM services again !

Lee assisted us with the early stages of a party wall dispute with a neighbour, as we are getting a rear kitchen extension built. Lee was personable and professional from the start, which made a very frustrating situation much less stressful. He is super responsive to communications and very knowledgeable in this area. Lee called after we left details on a service site. As many people have, we have dealt with many people over the phone for different services. Lee provided the best service we have ever received. Sounds exaggerated so i'll break it down like this. Lee comes across as someone who enjoys, takes pride in, cares about, engaged with and connected with us as he carried out his work. He gets it when it comes to service. He provided a true consultation, natural and invested from the start. We received a verbal report straight after the survey, which helped to know what to expect when the written report came. It was detailed and easy to understand and value for money.
